This design was for the University of San Francisco’s Philosophy Department Speaker Event with Robert Talisse, author of Civic Solitude. The Dept. wanted to showcase the solitude aspect of the book, featuring cool tones and a figure standing out from a crowd and urban landscape. Through my process, I created a simple, lined figure stepping away from a city, keeping the text and color palette very simple, to communicate the professional event.
